The aluminum case system is very robust and we have tried to bring the case holders as close to the motorcycle as possible. Many tests have been conducted to ensure that the entire development meets the specified requirements.
The carrier is made of 18 mm round tube, mounted on existing attachment points with special holding clamps and reinforcements. Absolutely no restrictions for passenger operation. Emphasizes the enduro and touring look of the Kawasaki Versys 650.
The anodized version of the ZEGA Pro not only shines with a great look in natural aluminum but also effectively prevents abrasion inside the case. The extra thick, high-quality anodized layer provides special surface protection and prevents color changes.

Case holder:
The case holder is made of robust 2 mm thick round tube with a diameter of 18 mm. The installation is done at existing attachment points. Very robust construction with a cross brace withstands even tough off-road use and fits elegantly into the overall look.
The fully off-road capable case holders further emphasize the long-distance touring look. The passenger will have no restrictions due to the case holders.

The lid and bottom of the ZEGA Pro are welded, achieving maximum connection stiffness, with the bottom and shell part high-quality riveted (no cheap pop rivets). Weld seams at the edges, which often lead to leaks, are nowhere to be found here. A high-quality silicone seal ensures that the contents of these cases remain optimally protected.
The extremely robust protective strip on the body is screwed and can therefore be easily replaced after an accident, for example. The same applies to the sturdy protective corners on the case lid, which can be completely removed or opened from one side; the closures serve as hinges.
The ZEGA Pro impresses not only with its technology and workmanship but also with many clever detail solutions and a modern, protected design, where the rounded outer shape is a real eye-catcher.
