The Touratech Suspension Extreme Shock Absorber represents the absolute premium class in suspension technology. This Extreme Shock Absorber for the Honda XL 750 Transalp is perfectly designed for touring and riding operations with frequently and significantly changing loads and riding conditions or extreme demands. The Extreme Shock Absorber features PDS, a hydraulic bottoming protection achieved by using a second damping piston. Even under the most extreme trail conditions with full luggage, there is no bottoming out, preventing mechanical overload of the shock absorber. The damping operates based on the travel. In the majority of riding situations, the shock absorber is adjusted for comfort and energy efficiency, before the PDS engages in the final part of the shock absorber's travel.
