Touratech Suspension Lowering -20mm Cartridge Kit for Triumph Tiger 900 Rallye Pro from 2020

This Cartridge Kit Extreme is perfect for reducing the seat height (-20mm) for the Triumph Tiger 900 Rallye Pro. The Cartridge KIT is simply put a shock absorber for the fork and represents the absolute premium class in terms of suspension technology. The Closed Cartridge is installed in the original fork. This way, the fork bridge, handlebar mount, brakes, wheel guidance, and steering geometry remain fully intact. No additional modifications to the fork are required. This Closed Cartridge is designed for touring and riding operations with frequently and heavily changing loads and riding conditions or extreme demands.

- Cartridge Kit Extreme -20mm is configured based on our experiences for the Triumph Tiger 900 Rallye Pro and is pre-set for -20mm.

- With this suspension solution, the rear and front areas of the motorcycle must be adjusted together.

The basic setup is tailored for the demanding adventure rider with luggage.

Adjustments for exceptional requirements are possible. The shock absorber will then be individually adjusted to your needs by us with a spring of the appropriate spring rate and further configurations.

Scope of delivery:

- 2x Closed Cartridge -20mm

- with damping adjustment, (1x) rebound stage, (1x) compression stage.

- with spring preload adjustment (using a 22mm wrench)

- Adjustment tool for damping

- Installation tool for closure cap.

- Ready for installation and filled with pre-assembled fork spring.

- 1 liter of oil (for fork installation)

- User manual and installation instructions

- 2x fork protection stickers.

Important note:

With this suspension solution, the rear and front areas of the motorcycle must be adjusted together. For the safe stand of your Triumph Tiger 900 Rallye Pro, the side stand and/or center stand must be adjusted.
