With the Competition Plug & Race-Cartridge, Touratech Suspension provides the ambitious sport rider the material for fast lap times. It is simply exchanged for the BMW DDC Cartridge. The existing connectors and switches on the handlebars are used as usual. Thus, the fork remains integrated into the motorcycle via the original BMW control unit. Our suspension team has developed a very good base setup for the BMW S1000RR, and based on this foundation, the Plug & Race-Cartridge can be completely personalized to suit you. The optimal balance and the good feel for the suspension will be your key to perfect race performance.

- The Competition Plug & Race Cartridge is installed in the original fork.
- Fork bridge/handlebar mount, brakes, wheel guidance, and steering geometry remain fully intact.
- Fully adjustable spring preload from the top in one fork leg
- This allows for optimal adjustment of your motorcycle's balance.
- All riding modes and adjustment options of the BMW S1000RR DDC system remain fully intact.
- The Touratech Plug & Race shock absorber can be used in combination with the original BMW fork.
- The Touratech Plug & Race shock absorber is operated via the original BMW handlebar controls.
- The riding modes Rain, Sport, Race with ABS and ASC, Slick, and User-Mode are fully available.
- High damping stability, race performance & robustness due to a built-in 35 mm piston.
- Closed cartridge design for extremely high durability and stability of the fork.
- Damping oil (cartridge) and nitrogen in a nitrogen bladder at the foot of the cartridge,
- By separating oil and nitrogen, there is no foam formation and no stick-slip in the fork.
- This means reproducible damping performance at all times, even under the most extreme conditions.
