Touratech Suspension Cartridge for BMW S1000XR (2020-)

With the Cartridge for the BMW S1000XR, Touratech Suspension provides a high-quality performance alternative to the original suspension. It is simply replaced with the BMW cartridge. The existing connectors and switches on the handlebars are used as usual. Thus, the fork remains integrated into the motorcycle via the original BMW control unit. This cartridge has found a very good basic setup for the BMW S1000XR. The optimal balance and the good feel of the suspension will be your key to optimal performance.

Facts & Figures Cartridge:
- The cartridge is installed in the original fork
- Fork bridge/handlebar mount, brakes, wheel guidance, and steering geometry remain fully intact
- Fully adjustable spring preload from the top in one fork leg
- This allows for optimal adjustment of your motorcycle's balance
- All riding modes and adjustment options of the BMW S1000XR system remain fully intact
- The Touratech shock absorber can be used in combination with the original BMW fork
- The Touratech shock absorber is operated via the original BMW handlebar controls
- High damping stability, performance & robustness due to a built-in 35 mm piston
- Closed cartridge design for extremely high stability and rigidity of the fork
- Damping oil (cartridge) and nitrogen in a nitrogen bladder at the bottom of the cartridge
- By separating oil and nitrogen, no foaming and no stick-slip in the fork
- This means consistently reproducible damping performance even under the most extreme conditions
