This premium shock absorber is consistently designed for long-distance travel with heavy luggage, on any road surface, including off-road stages. This Touratech Suspension DDA / Plug & Travel shock absorber is simply swapped for the BMW DDC shock absorber. The existing connectors and switches on the handlebars are used as usual. Thus, this shock absorber is integrated into the motorcycle via the original BMW control unit. This shock absorber can be used in combination with the original BMW front shock absorber. The Touratech suspension adapts to your adventure. You just have to ride.   This Touratech Suspension DDA / Plug & Travel shock absorber is manufactured with the same precision components and parts that have proven themselves over thousands of travel kilometers under the toughest conditions in our shock absorbers. The heart of this shock absorber is the DDA high-performance valve developed and patented by Tractive. This allows the damping to be adjusted in fractions of a second to any driving situation. For the high loads during long-distance travel, our shock absorbers have larger piston diameters and thus more oil volume. This results in better cooling at high damping frequencies. The riding stability of your BMW R1200GS/R1250GS Adventure (LC) is effectively optimized and can be individually and finely adjusted over 24 clicks. Whether on trails and touring with high loads or during cornering, you are always on the road with your personal setup. The original BMW steering damper is not adjustable.
