The "Compañero" Concept
In developing the Compañero World Traveller, we have remained true to the proven system of a breezy summer suit and a warming weather suit. In addition to maximum ventilation of the suit in high temperatures and physical exertion, we have placed special emphasis on safety. The best possible protection is just good enough for us. Absolute wind and waterproofing in adverse weather conditions is a given. Sophisticated features, as well as a perfect fit through width adjustment, variable cuffs, or extra ventilation zippers, are standard in the cooperation of two competent partners like Touratech and Stadler.
The retention of the connection zipper sizes from Compañero Worldwide, World2, and Boreal allows for free combination with these jackets and pants.
The protectors are state-of-the-art with Level 2 certification. Naturally, the positioning of the protectors is adjustable, as only a protector that is not perceived as bothersome will be worn.
Compañero Summer Traveller
The Compañero Summer Traveller is a breezy summer suit that meets the highest safety standards.

As with the Compañero World2, we have also focused on maximum airflow in the Compañero Summer Traveller, a significant comfort factor in high temperatures and physical exertion. Reinforcements with CORDURA® 2000 can be found in the crash-prone areas - a fabric with particularly robust yarn thickness. In addition to the Level 2 protectors at the knees, hips, elbows, back, and shoulders, we have provided an optional chest protector for the Compañero Summer Traveller. To ensure maximum ventilation in this area, we have integrated two additional ventilation zippers that can be opened as needed.
Typical Compañero features, such as large reflective inserts for passive safety or the long connection zipper between jacket and pants, are among the proven features that we have also implemented in the Compañero Summer Traveller.
Items that need to be readily accessible find a place in the two waterproof outer pockets of the jacket. The spacious pocket on the back of the jacket also accommodates larger items. The smartphone pocket on the forearm has been enlarged to fit larger devices. Valuables can be safely stored in the spacious inner pockets. A small zippered pocket on the upper arm is designed for the keyless-go key of modern motorcycles.
Thanks to the generous Velcro adjusters, the fit of the jacket can be ideally adjusted.

Compañero Weather Traveller
The Compañero Weather Traveller is a laminate rain suit for the Compañero Summer Traveller or any other suit. It is perfectly tailored in cut and design to the Compañero Summer Traveller. Thus, the protective suit stays where it belongs, and the weather protection goes on top. The laminate suit thus forms the second layer of the Compañero World Traveller for cooler days, rain, or even snow.

- Ventilation with 2 AquaSeal® zippers at the front and 1 zipper at the back
- Extensive use of reflective material according to EN20471

Clever is the one who empties their pockets beforehand and stores the items in the pockets of the over suit. These are spacious, easily accessible, and - of course - waterproof. Touratech has chosen GORE-TEX® 3-layer laminate (CORDURA®) as the material. In this textile composite material, the inner lining, climate membrane, and robust outer fabric are welded into a single unit. This means: the laminate does not add bulk, does not bulge, and always fits snugly. The most important property of the over suit is, of course, its wind and waterproofness. And since GORE-TEX® 3-layer laminate (CORDURA®) is a functional material, the suit is, of course, fully breathable.
The clever thing about the Touratech Compañero World Traveller is that the wind and waterproof membrane forms the outer layer of the clothing system. The breezy summer suit conserves an air cushion inside and thus becomes a thermal lining. An additional insulating layer, such as fleece underwear, will only be needed in extremely low temperatures. In winter conditions, you will also appreciate the optional storm collar. Of course, the jacket and pants can also be connected with a zipper in the membrane suit. When wearing the laminate suit in unclear weather conditions during the transitional season, well-sealed ventilation zippers provide cooling as needed.
With 2 AquaSeal zippers on the front and a long zipper on the back, ideal ventilation and thus the best wearing comfort are ensured.
The jacket of the membrane suit is not only functional but also very chic. It can hold its own against functional jackets from the outdoor segment and is a practical, waterproof, and breathable companion for evening city strolls and all excursions where the bike is not allowed to come along.
