PRO Tankring

In this model of the PRO Tankring, the tank ring sits on a model-specific mounting element. The mounting element is securely bolted to the tank of the motorcycle.

The PRO Tankring perfectly combines the innovative power of two German companies: The proven QUICK-LOCK locking mechanism of the SW-MOTECH tank rings can now be operated even more easily thanks to the magnetic guiding aid of Fidlock technology. We have significantly improved the positioning of the upper ring: The adjustable upper ring is already pre-mounted with a guide rail on the tank bag, and the tank bag does not need to be drilled.

This allows the upper ring to be individually aligned on the guide rail at the bottom of the tank bag. Once the suitable position is found, the upper ring is securely bolted. When switching to another motorcycle, the position of the upper ring can be adjusted accordingly.

The magnetic guiding aid, developed by Fidlock, complements the already mature mechanical QUICK-LOCK locking mechanism from SW-MOTECH: The magnets guide the upper ring into the correct position on the tank ring, and the closure locks securely in place. Thus, the power of the magnets supports the placement of the tank bag. With one hand, the tank bag can be secured and you can ride off – the luggage is secure and it’s also fun.

The mechanical locking mechanism secures the tank bag, and the magnets guide the two parts of the ring together. The robust glass-fiber reinforced plastic with its highly precise locking geometry ensures that the tank bag remains firmly in place in all road conditions.

The patented PRO Tankring is tailored to the fuel filler neck of the motorcycle model. This ensures the best possible positioning on the tank.
