The timeless styling of the Travon honors the heritage and historical development of an undisputed design classic. Flight jackets were originally designed to keep World War I pilots warm in airy cockpits, but by 1927, they had evolved into the classic we know and love today. Ribbed knit collar, hem, and cuffs provided additional wind resistance and insulation. These details also shape the flattering silhouette that is reflected in the new REV'IT! Travon.
Authentic Crossover
The Travon is the lightest jacket we have ever produced, featuring technologies originally developed for touring and adventure rides. In a sense, it is a crossover, which you might not necessarily recognize from its authentic aviator cut. We did not want technical innovations to compromise the aesthetics: ventilation openings at the front and under the arms, CE-certified SEESMART protection at the shoulders and elbows, and a pocket for a SEESOFT back protector Type RV do not disturb the iconic design of this jacket in the slightest.

The seams determine the durability of a motorcycle garment in the event of a fall. That’s why REV’IT! uses only safety seams in areas at risk of impact. These have a visible and an invisible seam. This construction keeps the outer shell together, even if the visible seam is worn through.
