Ventilation is key
As the name suggests, the Airwave 4 is all about – you guessed it – air. More specifically, directing it onto your body as you embark on your next adventure. The combination of softshell, ripstop, PWR|Shell mesh, and ballistic mesh with large/visible ventilation inserts leaves no doubt about what you get with this jacket: breathability to the last degree.
Safety first
The Airwave 4 has been a long-time favorite in our collection, a customer favorite in the ventilated jacket category. It features a CE certification of class AA thanks to SEESMART elbow and shoulder protectors, as well as the option to add a chest and back protector. Laminated reflectors on the forearms, shoulders, and back increase your visibility in low-light conditions.

Ready for Avertum Tech-Air® airbag system - ONE SIZE UP
Under this garment, you can wear our REV'IT! Avertum Tech-Air® airbag or a Tech5 airbag if you purchase it one size larger than your normal size. If you want to wear a garment labeled as "Ready for Avertum Tech-Air® airbag system," you must ensure that the garment can accommodate the expansion of the airbag. Therefore, we recommend following the fitting guide below: 1. Measure your chest circumference and divide the value by two. 2. Measure the garment flat at the chest line. 3. If the difference between point 1 and point 2 is twelve centimeters or more, the garment is suitable for wearing over the airbag. Note: Please ensure that you purchase the garment in the correct size so that the shoulder and elbow protectors fit properly and provide optimal protection in the event of an accident. To allow for the expansion of the airbag, you can remove any separate layers (thermal lining, waterproof lining) that may restrict the airbag's expansion in the event of a fall. Remove the separate back protector in your jacket, if present, when wearing the airbag (a back protector is included in the airbag) and set all adjustment straps on the body to the widest position.

Laminated reflective material
Reflective panels ensure excellent visibility, allowing the wearer to be seen from any direction. For a more refined look, the reflective panels are welded to the fabric. This also saves seams, which benefits safety.
