The oversized pocket of the Esmont overshirt is a design influenced by the USMC standard shirts of the 1950s, drawing attention and blurring the lines between jacket and overshirt. But it is the groundbreaking CORDURA® Stretch Twill that steals the show. This newly developed, grippy textile is a 14.2oz fabric that combines tradition and technical performance with a natural, wool-like feel.
Safe inside and out
However, the protection of this overshirt has nothing wool-like about it. On the outside, there is a CORDURA® material known for its abrasion resistance. Inside, there is a pocket for the optional SEESOFT back protector, and SEESMART Level 1 protectors are standard at the shoulders and elbows.
