Matte Carbon Front Fender for Honda CBR 1000 RR-R / SP from 2020

The front fender made of carbon in a matte finish for the Honda CBR 1000 RR-R/SP from model year 2020 replaces the original part using the original mounting points.

The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave and, as is customary with us, coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences in the next step. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
