Matte Carbon Cover Next to Cockpit Left for Ducati Multistrada 1200 DVT / Enduro

The carbon cover (matte) for the Ducati Multistrada DVT (from model year 2015) and the Ducati Multistrada Enduro (from model year 2016) is installed next to the cockpit. This is the left side of the two covers. This carbon cockpit cover, a material known for its excellent properties well beyond the MotoGP and Superbike classes, is mounted over the existing factory plastic component. The new part not only provides additional protection for the vehicle against damage but also gives the vehicle a sporty look that is appropriate for its enormous performance capabilities. The three-dimensional carbon structure of the cover, which is mounted directly next to the cockpit in the driver's direct line of sight, particularly emphasizes the sporty character of the motorcycle.

The installation of the parts is carried out, as is customary with Ilmberger, using the original mounting points. The matte Ducati Performance carbon parts, which are already installed as standard on many vehicles, match visually exactly with the matte Ilmberger carbon parts. Of course, the cover can also be ordered in a glossy carbon finish, which then contrasts with the original accessory carbon parts offered by Ducati Performance.

Our carbon parts are manufactured according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material and, as is customary for us, are coated with a clear plastic coating in the next step to protect against harmful environmental influences. This unique plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability.
