The Desierto fairings have been setting standards for converting a GS into an adventure enduro for 20 years now. Now, this conversion is available in its fifth generation: the Desierto V! From the first design sketch through 3D simulations and intensive test rides with prototypes to series production, the Desierto V is a hundred percent product of Touratech.
At first glance, the Desierto V stands out from the standard GS, presenting itself with its distinctive face as an independent model. The lines of the machine are skillfully picked up and developed into a unique appearance with the characteristic Touratech edges.

The Desierto V consists of two main components: a fairing made of fiber-reinforced polyurethane and a windshield made of high-quality, shatterproof plexiglass. The proven original mechanism from BMW is reused for adjusting the screen. The tint of the screen contributes to the distinctive adventure look of the Desierto V.
The lower fairing of the Desierto V is delivered as standard with a high-quality black paint finish that perfectly matches all available color schemes of the GS.
Installation is a breeze, and thanks to the ABE, a presentation at the TÜV is not required.
