Carbon rear fender splash guard with ESA for BMW R nineT + Racer R1200R 2011-2014

The very beautiful rear wheel cover for the BMW R 1200 R (2011-2014) / R nineT (2014-current) with ESA suspension is attached to the vehicle's cardan housing using the included screws. This fastening is so ingenious and simple that it has been confirmed and protected by the German Patent Office. The length of the rear wheel cover has been chosen in such a way that not only is the dirt on the motorcycle significantly reduced, but your shock absorber will also appreciate the relief from stone chips, dirt, and "sandblasting." In particular, the lifespan of the seals and piston rod of the shock absorber is significantly increased by the installation of an efficient rear wheel cover.

The special design of the rear wheel cover significantly reduces the contamination of the motorcycle from the rear wheel. The specific shape of the cover is model-specific, taking into account standard suspension or tire variants. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic layer for protection against environmental influences in the next step.
This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
