Carbon rear fender for Suzuki GSX R 1000 2005-2006

The carbon rear wheel cover for the Suzuki GSX R 1000 K5/K6 replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% savings compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary with us, has been coated with a clear plastic layer for protection against environmental influences in the next step.
This plastic coating significantly outperforms the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
