The carbon generator cover for the HP 2 Megamoto (2008-2013) / HP 2 Sport (2008-2012) / R 1200 S (2006-2008) / R 1200 R (2007-2014) replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% savings compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave and, as is customary with us, coated with a clear plastic layer for protection against environmental influences in the next step.
