Carbon Rear Fairing Center Piece for BMW M 1000 RR from 2023 / S 1000 RR from 2023

Whether alone or with a passenger - the middle part of the tail fairing forms the basis for all the fairing parts above it. The unpainted plastic is replaced, enhancing the rear in all combinations of high quality.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, laminated by hand with great care and cured in several stages in an autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. It has three times the specific stiffness of steel at the same volume and, due to its particularly low density, weighs only a fraction of that. These properties are particularly pronounced in our product due to the high fiber volume content.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences of all kinds, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect that highlights the high quality of the material.

So that not only riding but also working on it is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
