Our carbon part protects the original component using the original mounting points. This carbon cover is designed to be particularly robust, especially in the center, effectively preventing damage to the original cover in the event of a fall. With its dark coloring, the protective cover integrates discreetly into the vehicle.

The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to comparable protective parts) and increased stiffness. The carbon part is manufactured entirely from prepreg material (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave and, as is customary for us, is coated with a clear plastic layer for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. Not only does the coating excel technically, but it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure.
