Carbon Generator Cover Extra Thick Version for BMW S1000RR Racing 2009-2018

The alternator cover, extra thick version for long-distance use in carbon for the BMW S 1000 RR Stocksport/Racing (2010-present) is partially screwed in with the alternator cover screws and additionally glued at the front area with a small dot on the alternator cover.

This product enhances the vehicle and provides additional protection against damage. The installation of the parts is done using the included adhesive strips and/or the use of original mounting points. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary with us, coated with a clear plastic coating in the next step to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
