Carbon Front Fender for Buell 1125 CR / XB 12 R / S / SS / Ulysses / XB 9 R / S / SX

The front fender in carbon for Buell 1125 and XB models replaces the original part using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave and, as is customary with us, coated with a clear plastic coating in the next step to protect against environmental influences.
This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
