Carbon Front Fender for BMW M1000RR from 21, M1000R from 23, M1000XR from 24, S1000XR from 20

The fender of the 2023 M1000RR is much more than just a fender. It elegantly combines the function of three components into one. The integrated air channels continuously direct fresh air to the brake calipers while riding, reducing the risk of brake fading. Tested under the toughest conditions, it contributes to success in various racing series around the world. For instance, it helped the Tecmas Stock Team achieve a commanding victory at the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans.

But not only on the racetrack, the fender also looks great on the road. To ensure that not only the new M models benefit from the additional cooling, we sought a way to make the fender compatible with other models as well. Therefore, the ABE (General Operating Permit) includes not only the new BMW M1000RR but also all current inline-four models from BMW. To take even more advantage of the aerodynamic advancements at the front wheel, the rear tab prepares for the additional installation of wheel covers.

By extending the side surfaces backward, not only is air resistance reduced while riding, but the sensitive fork tubes are also reliably protected from stone chips for the first time.

For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, laminated by hand with great care and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. It has three times the specific stiffness of steel at the same volume and, due to its particularly low density, weighs only a fraction of it. These properties are especially pronounced in our products due to the high fiber volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences of all kinds, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, creates an unprecedented and unique depth effect that highlights the high quality of the material.

So that not only riding but also working on the bike is enjoyable, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
