Carbon Front Fender Mudguard Protection for BMW R1200R LC R1200RS LC F800R from 2015

The front fender for BMW models F 800 R from 2015, R 1200 R (LC) from 2015, and R 1200 RS (LC) from 2015 replaces the original component using the original mounting points. It has been designed in the rear area to significantly reduce the splash effect of water and dirt towards the engine.

The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% savings compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines from prepreg material (see FAQ) and, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly outperforms the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
