Carbon Front Fender Mudguard Protection for BMW K1200R Sport K1300S K1200S

The design of our front fender for the BMW K 1200 S (2005-2008) / K 1200 R Sport (2007-2011) / K 1300 S (2008-present) has been significantly reduced in size compared to the original part. This gives the motorcycle a much sportier appearance, while of course, a primary focus has also been placed on splash protection for this product.

This product replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The main priorities are weight savings (typically around 70% savings compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been manufactured according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material and, as is customary for us, has been coated with a clear plastic layer in the next step to protect against environmental influences.
This plastic coating significantly outperforms the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
