Carbon Exhaust End Caps for BMW R nineT Scrambler '16

The exhaust end caps (2-piece) in carbon for the BMW R NineT Scrambler replace the original component using the original mounting points.
Our exhaust end caps weigh only about 40g.

For these thermally highly stressed carbon parts, we use special high-temperature prepreg material (see FAQ) to avoid discoloration and yellowing.

The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to the original component) and higher stiffness.

The carbon part was completely manufactured from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic coating in the next step to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly outperforms the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only technically does the coating excel, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
