This product replaces the original component using the original mounting points.
The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to the original component) and increased stiffness.
The carbon part is made entirely from prepreg (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave
and, as is customary with us, is coated with a clear plastic layer for protection against environmental influences in the next step. This plastic coating significantly outperforms the usual clear coat in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
