Our carbon part is screwed onto the original component using the factory mounting points. The part is particularly robust and made in multiple layers. Our carbon component not only protects the original lightweight aluminum cover but also, importantly, the clutch release mechanism on the lower side of the original cover, which is naturally sensitive to falls.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fiber layers are laid and aligned by experts into the mold. This allows the carbon part to fit perfectly into the surrounding shapes of the motorcycle. The more of our parts are installed and combined, the more overwhelming the result.
For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in a similar form in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, laminated by hand with great care and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, not only impresses with its unique appearance but also with its exceptional technical properties. It has three times the specific stiffness of steel at the same volume and, due to its particularly low density, weighs only a fraction of it. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fiber volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences of all kinds, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, creates an unprecedented and unique depth effect that highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also assembling is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
