Carbon Chain Guard for Suzuki GSX-R 1000 / R from 2017

The carbon chain guard for the Suzuki GSX R 1000 from 2017 replaces the original component using the original mounting points.

The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave and, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic layer in the next step to protect against environmental influences.
This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
