Carbon Air Duct for BMW M 1000 RR from 2023 Road

The carbon air duct for the BMW M 1000 RR 2023 replaces the original component using the original mounting points.

The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% savings compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary with us, has been coated with a clear plastic coating for protection against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly outperforms the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
