For our carbon, we exclusively use prepreg fabric produced specifically for this purpose, which is also used in similar forms in Formula 1 and aerospace. The material, laminated by hand with great care and cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, not only boasts a unique appearance but also exceptional technical properties. It has three times the specific stiffness of steel at the same volume and, due to its particularly low density, weighs only a fraction of it. These properties are particularly pronounced in our products due to the high fiber volume content.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from environmental influences of all kinds, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. This, in combination with our clear coat, provides an unprecedented and unique depth effect that highlights the high quality of the material.
So that not only riding but also working on it is a pleasure, we use only the original mounting points for this part.
