For this thermally highly stressed part, we use special high-temperature prepreg (see FAQ) to avoid discoloration and yellowing.

The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg (see FAQ) material in the autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic coating in the next step to protect against environmental influences. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
