BMW S1000RR Stocksport / Racing mudguard splash guard rear chain guard

The rear fender in carbon for the BMW S 1000 RR Stock Sport/Racing (2010-present) replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The chain guard is also integrated into this rear wheel cover.

The focus is on weight savings (typically around 70% savings compared to the original component) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary with us, coated with a clear plastic layer for protection against environmental influences in the next step.
This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
