BMW S1000RR Stocksport / Racing mudguard rear mudguard without ABS S 1000 RR

The rear fender in carbon for the BMW S 1000 RR Stocksport/Racing (2010-present) replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured in the autoclave from prepreg material (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines and, as is customary with us, has been coated with a clear plastic layer in the next step to protect against environmental influences.
This plastic coating significantly outperforms the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
