The carbon frame covers for the BMW S 1000 RR Stocksport/Racing (from 2015) are attached to the frame using the adhesive strips already applied to the carbon part.

The carbon part has been completely manufactured from prepreg material (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines in an autoclave and, as is customary with us, is coated with a clear plastic layer for protection against environmental influences in the next step. This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. Not only does the coating excel technically, but it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
