This lock cylinder is used, among other things, in the Variokoffer and
in the Topcase of the R1200GS LC + R1200GS LC Adventure, F650GS Twin, F800GS.
On the R1200R, R1200RT, R1200ST, it is used in the fuel cap.

The variable volume is particularly beneficial in city traffic, as it allows the width of the case to be reduced simultaneously. The Variokoffer is also waterproof and suitable for off-road use. Prerequisite are the mounts for Variokoffer (support at the passenger footpeg holders).
These variable motorcycle cases do not fit the mounts for the BMW aluminum cases.
Order the programmable locking cylinders with the part number 1001-51257698202 at the same time. One locking cylinder is required per case/top case. You can adapt these to your motorcycle key, allowing you to lock all locks with the vehicle key.
