Just a few years ago, an elegant cover for the brake calipers was standard equipment on many motorcycles right from the factory.
Unfortunately, such a protective and aesthetically pleasing cover is hard to find. It not only conceals the often unsightly individual parts of the brake system but also ensures that aggressive brake dust does not spread onto the rims, that neither rain nor saltwater delay braking performance, and that no small stones or dirt thrown up interfere with the function of the brake pads.
