Through a cleverly chosen design of the carbon fender, it has been made to appear somewhat more delicate, while the rear section of the fender has been designed to be very wide in order to minimize splashing water and increase protective effectiveness.

The front fender for the BMW F 800 S / ST (2006-present) replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured in the autoclave from prepreg material (see FAQ) according to the latest guidelines, and in the next step, as is customary for us, it has been coated with a clear plastic layer for protection against environmental influences.
This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effectiveness, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
