This hand-made carbon-fibre heatshield has been exclusively designed for the EC/ECE type-approved Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system. This easily installed optional product gives a racing look to the exhaust by covering the front rosette that houses the catalytic converter, providing a smooth and sporty appearance to the design and the look of the entire package.

The exhaust system features a design typically found in the world of superbikes, and includes a silencer housing and an end cap made of lightweight titanium, giving this scooter, referred to as the "urban superbike," a true racing look. A link pipe made of stainless steel completes the system, which offers an impressive weight saving of 67.1% (3.9 kg) compared to the stock system. The power increases by 1.0 kW (1.3 hp) at 9,900 rpm and the torque by 1.0 Nm at 9,400 rpm, both measured on the Akrapovič test bench compared to a Dragster 200cc with a stock exhaust system. A standout feature of the stunning race design is the hidden silencer mount, which is welded to the inside of the exhaust system to achieve an even cleaner and more cohesive appearance in the bike's lines.
