Akrapovic Upper Protection Bar Set (Titanium) for BMW R 1250 GS

The product, made from sandblasted, lightweight titanium, is the first of its kind in the Akrapovič range and fully utilizes the company's expertise in titanium technology. It has been developed from the ground up and offers a weight saving of around 40% compared to comparable versions made of steel, as well as high strength and corrosion resistance.

The pipes are precisely WIG-welded and equipped with laser-cut and finely machined 8-mm flanges to ensure a perfect fit and strength. They fit perfectly with the existing components of the bike and provide the option to attach additional bags, fog lights, or auxiliary headlights to the bars.

The product weighs only 2.38 kg. The highly stable construction, extensively evaluated through numerous tests and deformation analyses, is partially connected to the frame to distribute any impacts over the pipes. The bars feature an engraved logo as well as the clearly visible inscription Titanium to highlight the important product characteristic.
