Akrapovic Evolution Line (Titanium) for Honda CRF 250 R / RX 2022

Custom-made for the limited space on the motorcycle, this system combines performance and durability for extreme conditions and the rigors of off-road racing.

Made from lightweight, high-quality premium titanium alloys with varying thicknesses to ensure perfect protection while reducing overall weight. A newly profiled surface affects the sound to meet FIM noise limits for competition. It provides the silencer with additional strength and durability, delivering a deep, full sound that supports the balanced pulse of the single-cylinder engine. The silencer is designed to be as large as possible for the available space. This allows for improved sound attenuation, mitigating the impact on the natural environment while enabling optimized exhaust flow, ensuring that the exhaust gases encounter minimal resistance on their way out of the combustion chamber. The additional strength provided by the construction supports durability and ensures increased resilience under the most demanding conditions.

It offers improved throttle response across the entire RPM range and an optimal feel when accelerating, giving the rider enhanced control. Power and torque increased by 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 4,750 RPM and 1.1 Nm at 4,770 RPM, measured on the in-house dynamometer compared to a stock exhaust system. The Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system features a logo embossed on the surface for improved durability using a special technique, and for optimal performance and sound, it includes a titanium header with an integrated resonance chamber, covered with a newly designed titanium heat shield. Installation is a simple plug-and-play process that requires no reprogramming.

The exhaust system also fits the Honda CRF 300RX 2022, but in this case, reprogramming is required.
