Akrapovic Complete Exhaust System Titanium for Yamaha WR/YZ 250 F/FX

This product is made entirely from lightweight, high-quality titanium alloys. Different thicknesses in various sections ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight – achieving a saving of 19.7% (0.8 kg) compared to the stock exhaust system. With the additional strength created by the design, the system offers improved resilience under the most demanding conditions. Designed to fit perfectly in the limited space on the motorcycle, the system has been crafted with its maximum possible size in mind. This allows for increased sound reduction to minimize impacts on the natural environment. At the same time, it promotes improved exhaust flow from the combustion chamber with as few restrictions as possible.

The power and torque values are increased by an additional 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 12,500 rpm and 0.5 Nm at 12,000 rpm when tested in “back-to-back tests” on the company’s proprietary test bench against a stock exhaust system. With better throttle response across the entire RPM range, the Evolution Line (Titanium) features a newly profiled surface. This influences the deep, full sound of the system. Additionally, it is equipped with an integrated resonance chamber that ensures optimal performance in line with the characteristic sound of an Akrapovič exhaust system. All these features are carefully designed to meet the FIM noise limits for competitions.

Finished with a specially embossed logo on the surface, there are no stickers or engravings, but rather a different technique for applying the logo. Designed for use exclusively on racetracks, installation is possible via plug-and-play. Re-mapping is not required.
