This part is a direct replacement for the original component and contributes mainly to weight saving on the motorcycle (up to 70% less) and a higher stiffness of the parts. Like all of our carbon fibre parts. it was made according to the latest protocols and industry standards and can be considered to encompass all aspects of current 'best of industry' practice. The part is made completely out of pre-preg carbon fibre materials using an autoclave. As with all our carbon parts. we use a clear plastic coating that not only improves the appearance. but also protects the carbon fibre from scratching and has a unique UV resistance.

Puig Rear Wheel Cover The fender is made of durable ABS plastic and protects the motorcycle as well as the rider from kicked-up dirt. Especially during rainy rides, such a rear fender is a sensible accessory. The mudguard is delivered ready for installation with all holders and screws (depending on the model with additional stainless steel reinforcement or aluminum bracket). For the cables, a high-quality silicone oil is typically used to reduce hand forces. This oil provides long-lasting lubrication and does not dry out. The shafts glide in a durable calcium grease.   To increase our delivery capability and reduce your inventory, we have consolidated certain lengths of speedometer and tachometer shafts in increments of up to 4.5 cm. This means that some shafts are up to a maximum of 4.5 cm longer than the original shaft. Your advantage: With just a few shafts, you cover the entire range.
