Bridgestone employs advanced NanoPro-Tech™ technology in the front tire, which increases the silica content at the molecular level in the rubber compound. This not only improves the flexibility of the rubber but also enhances grip on various surfaces as well as in wet and low-temperature conditions. The rear tire features a 3LC rubber compound with a cap-and-base structure: the softer outer rubber compound provides outstanding grip, while the inner compound is more stable and gives the tire optimal stiffness. The tread pattern of the T31 has a higher number of grooves in the shoulder area, allowing for better water drainage. In the central area of the rear tire, there are only a few grooves. This guarantees stability, especially at high speeds. Due to numerous requests from you, we have searched for a solution to a common problem and developed this improved clutch release lever. It is mounted on the back of the transmission and accommodates the clutch cable.
Never again should your tour abruptly end somewhere in the middle of nowhere. The clutch release levers often break at the bottom of the transmission. Original spare parts are often unavailable. Therefore, we have manufactured a reinforced clutch lever from high-strength aluminum. We have increased the material thickness by about 30%. During the next transmission repair or clutch replacement, this lever can replace the original, reducing a critical point on your motorcycle. The PRO tank ring perfectly combines the innovative power of two German companies: The proven QUICK-LOCK latch mechanism of the SW-MOTECH tank rings can now be operated even more easily thanks to the magnetic guiding aid of Fidlock technology. We have significantly improved the positioning of the upper ring: The movable upper ring is already pre-mounted with a guide rail on the tank bag, and the tank bag does not need to be drilled. This allows the upper ring to be individually aligned on the guide rail at the bottom of the tank bag. Once the appropriate position is found, the upper ring is securely screwed in place. When switching to another motorcycle, the position of the upper ring can be adjusted accordingly. The magnetic guiding aid, developed by Fidlock, complements the already mature mechanical QUICK-LOCK latch mechanism from SW-MOTECH: The magnets guide the upper ring into the correct position on the tank ring, and the latch clicks securely into place. Thus, the power of the magnets supports the placement of the tank bag. Attach the tank bag with one hand and drive off – the luggage is secure, and it’s also fun. The mechanical latch mechanism secures the tank bag, and the magnets guide the two parts of the ring together. The robust fiberglass-reinforced plastic with its highly precise latch geometry ensures that the tank bag remains firmly in place in all road conditions.
