The end cap - and this is a real novelty for this model - is made entirely of heat-resistant carbon, making it resistant to extremely high temperatures, and features an asymmetrical and thus aggressive design. The silencer's frame mount is also made of carbon.

The slim housing, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, is extremely impact-resistant and gives the silencer its distinctive look. To achieve the unique titanium look, the housing of the LV ONE EVO is sandblasted stainless steel. All welds on the silencer are done using the TIG method.
