100% Carbon Fuel Tank for BMW R nineT + Racer + Scrambler + Urban G/S

The tank made of 100% carbon is the highlight for the BMW R Nine T series.


The focus is on weight savings (typically a reduction of about 70% compared to the original part) and increased stiffness. The carbon part has been completely manufactured in the autoclave according to the latest guidelines from prepreg (see FAQ) material and, as is customary for us, has been coated with a clear plastic coating in the next step to protect against environmental influences.
This plastic coating significantly surpasses the usual clear lacquer coating in terms of protective effect, scratch resistance, and durability. But not only does the coating excel technically, it also emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure even more clearly.
